SUPPORT TO THE TRINATIONAL SANGHA FOUNDATION (FTNS)
| The objective of the Project is to ensure the effective management of the three national parks in the Tri-National Sangha including transboundary measures in a sustainable manner and to improve the living conditions of the populations around the national parks in order to contribute to the protection and sustainable use of forest resources in the Congo Basin.
The support of AGRECO-Integration is based on the strategic plan and the business plan of the TFNS (2017) as well as on the annual budgeted work plans of the Executive Office of the FTNS and the parks. The consultant works closely with the TFNS Executive Office team in a team approach. More specifically, the support provided consists of: – Support to the Board of Directors (CA) and Investment Committee (CI) of the FTNS – Support to the Executive Office of the FTNS – Support to governance bodies and cross-border activities – Support in monitoring the FTNS subsidies at the three parks |
